a) Meeting with my mentor groups outside of regularly scheduled meetings
b) Attending all captains meetings (on time and prepared)
c) Helping to arrange and confirm transportation to/from tournaments
d) Updating reports of our team improvements using the Google doc spreadsheet
e) Organizing the team banquet
f) Tracking sign in/out of Forensic materials
g) Writing a team newsletter
h) Preparing reports of our team accomplishments for Groves staff/students
i) Organizing and procuring snacks for meetings
j) Taking attendance at meetings
k) Taking attendance at tournaments
